Thank you for taking the time to check out my site. I know that there are a lot of very good Photographers out there and I feel honored to have you look at my work. Whether you are looking for a quick photoshoot, planning a wedding or are wanting to work on something unique. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your creative ideas.
I have found that when I work with clients the minute the camera comes out they turn off and capturing the real you is my goal. I will focus my energy on making you feel comfortable and will work with you to capture real moments through my lens that you will be able to look back on and enjoy for years to come.
I am a Wandering, Eclectic, Free Spirited ERYT200-RYT500hr Yoga Teacher/ Student and Professional Photographer
I feel honored to be able to meet and connect with so many like minded individuals through my profession. I believe that we are here to completely love and experience life to the fullest. This means we have a responsibility to ourselves and to the universe to figure out how to do that, as a Yoga Practitioner and Photographer I have found the tools to look at the world through the lens of inquiry.
I am always seeking information. How things work and why? I love life and all that this life entails. The good, the bad and everything in between. Photography has given me the opportunity to show people how I see the world. To be able to see the beauty in even the smallest things. Yoga has revealed that inside myself I can see the same beauty even at my worst. I feel the most alive with my camera strapped to my shoulder, connecting with Family and Friends old and new all while exploring this beautiful world that we live on.

Sheila M Dugopolski grew up in the Northwest (Boise Idaho and Bend Oregon) she lived there until 2006 when she moved to the suburbs of St Louis where she lives with her Husband, Children and is visited by her Grandchildren frequently. While living in the Northwest she developed a love for outdoors and traveling. She continued that love when she moved and has been able to enjoy the outdoor community in the Midwest for the last 10 years. Sheila has many LOVES. Nikon Photography is a deep passion for her. She is completely self taught and works with natural light as much as possible. Sheila started taking pictures as a hobby in her garden in 2007 and through the years she has developed her own unique style through trial and error. She has been in business serving clients since 2014 and enjoys being able to connect with so many individuals. Her style of photography is Documentary based Portraiture. She love's to document moments and capture the essence of a situation. Being a Yoga Teacher has taught her to be able to help people connect to who they are inside and bring that out in her photography.
